Life can be busy, and it’s easy to put our own wellbeing at the bottom of the list. That’s exactly why we created Wellness Wednesdays A space where you can slow down, connect with others, learn practical skills, and leave feeling inspired to care for yourself and your family naturally.
Hosted by Bek’s Bloomz in collaboration with Dani at Goulburn Organics. Wellness Wednesdays is a 10-week series that combines natural wellness, wholefood nutrition, essential oils, and hands-on DIY workshops in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
More Than Just a Workshop
Each Wednesday is an opportunity to invest in yourself. Whether you’re completely new to natural living or looking to expand your knowledge, every session is designed to be practical, enjoyable, and easy to recreate at home.
Each week you’ll;
- Create a beautiful wellness product to take home.
- Learn about the benefits and safe use of essential oils.
- Enjoy a delicious Thermomix recipe and tasting.
- Discover simple nutrition tips to support your health.
- Connect with a supportive community of like-minded people.
Our goal is to help you build confidence in making everyday wellness part of your lifestyle.

- Pillow Mist for Better Sleep
- Winter Chest Balm
- A celebration workshop where you can recreate your favourite product or design your own personalised blend.
Every session also includes a nourishing wholefood recipe prepared using the Thermomix, giving you fresh ideas for healthy meals you can enjoy with your family.
