Delivery
Orders placed before midday will be guaranteed same day delivery. If placing an order after midday please call Beks Bloomz on 0413267488 to request special delivery time *extra charges may apply.
Beks Bloomz delivers to Run-O-Waters, Goulburn & CBD, Bradfordville and Eastgrove.
*Out of town deliveries will be charged $30 for deliveries and taken out of flower value.
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to correct and secure addresses (eg – apartments and units) will be received by the recipient. Alternatively, Bek’s Bloomz will contact the recipient to arrange appropriate delivery time. All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods returned to Beks’ Bloomz incurring additional fees to the purchaser.
Collection of goods from Bek’s Bloomz is available or the redelivery of goods with an additional delivery fee to the purchaser.
All the goods must be paid in full before delivery. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time but will try our best. Same day delivery orders must be placed before midday. Bek’s Bloomz is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Bek’s Bloomz should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Bek’s Bloomz. Bek’s Bloomz could make any changes to your order including address, time and date of the delivery or other aspects after delivery of the goods.
COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Art of Bloom Balmain liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
You must be over 18 years of age to use this website to purchase any alcohol products.
Substitutions
Beks Bloomz endevour to ensure all arrangements delivered are as per image advertised on our website. However flowers, plants and sundries are subject to availablilty on the day of delivery. If a product is unavailable we guarantee that it will be substituted with a product of the same value which will compliment the arrangement.
Funeral flowers
Orders for funeral flowers must be placed at least 2 days prior to delivery.
Wedding flowers
Please call Bek 0413 267 488 to arrange an appointment in our consultation room to discuss your wedding flowers.
WEDDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All quotes produced by Bek’s Bloomz are valid for thirty (30) days.
All weddings require a $500 deposit upon confirmation, unless specified by Bek’s Bloomz. Full payment of all Weddings is required 1 month prior to Wedding date.
Bek’s Bloomz reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.
Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of Wedding date will result in loss of the complete payable amount.
Cancellations made before two (2) weeks of Wedding date will result in loss of the deposit.
The change of the Wedding date is possible provided that Bek’s Bloomz wedding team is available on the requested date. In that case Bek’s Bloomz reserves the right to adjust the pricing/product selection according to the seasonal and market availability changes.
All props or hired items provided by Bek’s Bloomz are the property of Bek’s Bloomz and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. If props are to be returned by the client, this must be occur within one (1) week of Wedding date.
EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS We require acceptance of all quotes no later than 7 days prior to event. Cancellations of any events less that 7 days prior to an event date are non-refundable in full. Cancellations of more than 7 days prior to your event date may qualify for a refund on those items that have not been purchased by Bek’s Bloomz along with delivery and installation. Please note some floral varieties do require 1 month advance ordering and payment from our suppliers/growers. All quotes produced by Bek’s Bloomz are valid for thirty (30) days. Full payment of all Events is required seven (7) days prior to event dates. Events are confirmed upon receiving of payment, unless specified by Bek’s Bloomz Director. All props provided by Bek’s Bloomz are the property Bek’s Bloomz and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. Bek’s Bloomz will collect all hired items, unless specified by Bek’s Bloomz Director. If props are to be returned by client, this must occur within one (1) week of Event date. If hired items are damaged by customer or client this will incur additional fees to the value of prop. If collection of hired items occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge will be incurred. Bek’s Bloomz reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.

You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information we receive from our customers, is protected by our secure servers. www.beksbloomz.com.au’s secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data www.beksbloomz.com.au collects is secured against unauthorised use or access. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
THIRD PARTIES
www.beksbloomz.com.au does not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve its website and its services but not for any other use.
DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION
Bek’s Bloomz may be required, in certain circumstances, to disclose information in good faith and where Bek’s Bloomz is required to do so in the following circumstances: by law or by any court; to enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Bek’s Bloomz, our customers or third parties.
JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of New South Wales and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and www.beksbloomz.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
